Arya is a 14 month old beautiful, nay gorgeous, Siberian Husky pup. She is uber playful and energetic, cuddly and relatively submissive (especially to the Alpha of the home), absolutely loves company at all hours, smart, GREAT with kids and other animals....extremely friendly. 

 

Arya is up to date with all her vaccines, except rabies. She is not spayed. She does require a lot of attention and affection. I regularly take her on long runs (4-6 miles) and she can still get home to play for hours with our 3 children ('tween and toddlers). She is crate trained. She is trained to rest in our medium-sized kennel while away at work, and through the night. She loves to play fetch with her favorite red rubber bone and rubber ball.

 

Arya is well cared for, raised both indoors and out from 12 weeks old. She is socialized but does require training for commands other than "sit" and "down".

I do not want to let Arya go but by nature of my new role in the military, I will not be able to give Arya the consistent attention she deserves and needs. I have been avoiding this inevitable decision for months now but it is only fair to Arya that I face the facts and find her a new, life-long home. I do prefer a family with kids, or a growing family with kids on the way, as Arya has been raised with two toddlers and a(now) 'tween over the past 14 months. This family must also fully understand what it takes to raise this breed of dog.
